Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

By accessing and using the Pinakee Exchange Portal and/or placing an order through our website (www.pinakee.com), you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy without modification. If you do not agree with the terms listed below, we recommend not transacting on pinakee.com.

Please note, Pinakee reserves the right to update or modify the policy at any time. Kindly review the policy prior to making any purchase or initiating an exchange/return.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer returns unless the product delivered is damaged or torn (you should have video proof). In such rare cases, we provide store vouchers or reward points (no monetary refunds) that can be used for your next purchase. These credits are valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

You may initiate an exchange within 7 days of delivery only if:

      • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

      • The product does not match the order (wrong item sent).

      • There is a visible manufacturing defect.

      • The product does not fit, and you need a size exchange for the same product.

      • Any accessory or part of the product is missing (you must provide proof that it was missing at the time of unboxing).

    Note: For customised products, no return or exchange will be accepted under any circumstances.

    EXCHANGE PROCESS

        1. To request an exchange, info@pinakee.shop

        1. Once approved by our team, you’ll receive a notification at your registered email.

        1. Our logistics partner will attempt to pick up the item within 24–48 hours. The pickup will be attempted twice.

        1. If unsuccessful, you must courier the product to our warehouse directly (address provided upon approval).

        1. All items are subject to quality check upon receipt.

      MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

          • The security seal must be intact. If the seal is tampered with or removed, no return or exchange will be processed.

          • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in a saleable condition.

          • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be returned in original condition.

          • Items must be returned as a complete set, if bought as part of a set.

          • No foul odours, stains, scratches, tears, or signs of wear will be accepted.

          • The product must match our order records.

        If your exchange cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability, you will receive a voucher or reward points for the MRP/selling value.

        CANCELLATION POLICY

            • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

            • Prepaid orders are final and non-refundable.

            • If a cancellation is accepted for any reason, a voucher will be issued (no cash refunds). Vouchers are valid for 1 months and are non-refundable.

          PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUES POST PURCHASE

          We offer a 7-day review period for any product issues such as colour bleeding, print cracks, or stitching defects. If reported within 7 days, we will arrange a reverse pickup and resolve the issue via repair, exchange, or credit. After this period, no returns or exchanges will be entertained.

          NO RETURN/EXCHANGE ON:

              • Customised products (including personalised items).

              • Products with broken security seals.

              • Any item not in its original condition.

            GIFTS & COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS

            Any free gift or complimentary item received with your order is not eligible for exchange or return. We do not guarantee the quality or performance of these items.
