Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification. All orders are processed from our facility.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, especially for customized orders, which are processed under 100% prepaid payment and are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund under any condition. Pinakee does not process or ship orders on Sundays or major Indian public holidays.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will issue a voucher equivalent to the amount paid, valid for 1 months from the date of issue, which can be used on future purchases as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
All orders are subject to review by our internal security team and may be cancelled at our discretion.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that shipping may experience delays during major holidays and launch periods.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Pinakee currently ships only within India.
We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on the destination and courier availability.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
During any sale, offer, or promotional period, all sales are final. Pinakee reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue offers or markdowns at any time without prior notice. No price adjustments will be made on previous purchases if a price is reduced post-purchase.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once proof of delivery is generated by the courier (tracking marked as “Delivered”), Pinakee is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The risk is transferred to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier company.
In case of delivery issues, we advise contacting the courier company directly with your tracking number. However, we are happy to assist you in coordinating with the delivery service, if needed.
